Job description:

We are currently seeking to hire an Account Manager/Engagement Manager -BFS for our client to be based in London.

Job Description:
1. Key responsibility : hunting for new business and carrying new business Revenue targets of around $30 mill upwards TCV or around $10mill p.a
2. Evangelize RIM concepts to stakeholders in FTSE firms in UK.
3. Develop and execute sales plan to achieve sales objectives in the above mentioned verticals.
4. Work closely with marketing team to generate, qualify and follow up on sales leads. Will take ownership of the sales accounts. This includes requirement understanding, solution development and fine tuning with customers, management of complete Sales cycle – prospecting to contract.
5. Involve in contract negotiations to bring the opportunity to success.
6. Involve in post contract management of the Account including escalation management and customer relationship management

Skills, Experience and Qualification Required for the Position:

1. Education - Engineer / MBA desired
2. Experience –
a. Prior Sales experience preferably in IT Outsourcing and Infrastructure Management Services.
b. Ideal candidate would have a strong technical background in Systems (Server & storage side) / Network and Security SERVICES / Desktop, Messaging and End User Computing services.
c. Prior understanding of the remote infrastructure management industry and concepts around remote management of IT systems 
3. Strong plus for candidate who can demonstrate above mentioned vertical industry knowledge and connects.
4. Demonstrated ability to work in an onsite offshore model and understand the issues involved in providing services to customers under such a construct esp. as it pertains to Infrastructure management services.
5. Ability to work independently with little day to day support – self starters
6. Flexibility wrt time – client deliverables need to be met with a Can do attitude
7. Location of work will be the office in London. Flexibility in relocation based on job requirements will be desired
8. Candidate with at least 5 years UK experience will be preferred.
9. Should be good in creating & managing a team.

Remuneration

  • Base: £60 – 65K gross p.a and
  • Bonus of around: £15K gross p.a
  • Company benefits such as medical, pension and insurances.
